Welcome to Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services. We are dedicated to fostering mental health, personal growth, and organizational wellness through two distinct service offerings:

  • Counseling or Psychotherapeutic Services: Individualized, one-on-one sessions (and select group interventions) provided by Ms. Preeti M, our Counseling Psychologist, involving traditional talk therapy as well as mindfulness, body-centered, and spiritual practices.
  • Training Services: Customized training programs, workshops, and seminars delivered either virtually or in-person to organizations (corporate, educational, community, etc.).

By accessing or enrolling in any service provided by Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services, you agree to these Policies, Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services and Definitions

1.1. Scope of Services

Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services offers the following:

  • Counseling or Psychotherapeutic Services: One-on-one sessions, small-group interventions, and related support services delivered by a licensed mental health professional.
  • Training Services: Group training sessions, workshops, seminars, and educational modules that can be customized for any organization. The training modules focus on mental health awareness, stress management, resilience, and overall wellness.

1.2. Definitions

  • Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services: The provider of both counseling or psychotherapeutic services and training services.
  • Client/Participant: Any individual or organization registering for our services.
  • Services: Includes all counseling/psychotherapeutic sessions, training programs, workshops, and related events.
  • Virtual Delivery: Services performed through secure online platforms.
  • In-Person Delivery: Services provided at an agreed physical location.
  • Payment Confirmation: The acknowledgement of payment via screenshots, receipts, or electronic confirmations.

2. Service Delivery and Scheduling

2.1. Delivery Modalities

Our services are available in two modes:

  • Counseling or Psychotherapeutic Services: Delivered either virtually or in-person. These sessions are highly personalized and confidential.
  • Training Services: Can be conducted on-site or via virtual platforms, depending on the organization’s needs and logistical considerations.

2.2. Scheduling

  • All sessions, regardless of type, will be scheduled once the required payment has been confirmed.
  • For any counseling or psychotherapeutic plan or training package you choose, all complimentary offerings (for example, a free 40-minute telephonic counseling session for first-time counseling participants) will be included, provided payment is received at least 24 hours prior to the session.

3. Payment and Confirmation

3.1. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Counseling or Psychotherapeutic Services:
    • Individual sessions are priced at ₹1500 per session.
    • Specific counseling or package plans will have detailed pricing provided at the time of enrollment.
  • Training Services:
    • Workshop, seminar, and group training fees vary based on the scale, customization, and duration required by your organization.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹).

3.2. Payment Procedure

  • Payments must be received in advance for the scheduled sessions.
  • Once payment is made, please provide a confirmation (e.g., a screenshot or receipt) by forwarding it to services@outlook.com and via WhatsApp at (will be provided over mail) for expedited processing.
  • Complimentary services (such as a free introductory counseling session) are contingent upon full payment being received at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

3.3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation:
    • Cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance for individual counseling or training sessions will qualify for a full refund. For larger group events or organization-wide training sessions, a 48-hour notice period is required.
  • Late Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur fees, or payment may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled session.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

4.1. Confidentiality for Counseling or Psychotherapeutic Services

  • Strict Confidentiality:
    • All information disclosed during counseling or psychotherapeutic sessions is strictly confidential and accessible only by Ms. Preeti M, except where disclosure is mandated by law.
  • Exceptions:
    • Disclosure may occur if there is a risk of harm to self or others, if required by a court order, or when there is a need to report abuse (child, elder, or domestic).

4.2. Data Confidentiality for Training Services

  • Data Collection:
    • Information gathered during training sessions (e.g., feedback, evaluation metrics) is used solely for improving service quality.
  • Recording and Distribution:
    • With prior consent, sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or promotional purposes. Such recordings are the property of Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services and will not be shared externally without explicit permission.

4.3. Electronic Communication

  • Communications via email, text, or phone are generally secure; however, Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services employs commercially reasonable measures to protect your information during these channels.

5. Consent and Participant Responsibilities

5.1. Informed Consent

  • Counseling or Psychotherapeutic Services:
    • Participants acknowledge that counseling services require an understanding of the therapeutic process and consent to participate knowing the nature and limitations of the service.
  • Training Services:
    • Participants in training sessions acknowledge that the sessions are educational and are designed to supplement—not replace—professional therapeutic or medical advice.
  • Minors:
    • Participants under 18 years require parental or guardian consent, which must be documented prior to enrollment.

5.2. Code of Conduct

  • A respectful and professional demeanor is expected during all services.
  • Any breach of conduct or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of services without reimbursement.

5.3. Right to Decline or Terminate

  • Clients have the right to refuse any recommended intervention or module, and both Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services and the participant may terminate participation with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

6. Liability, Disclaimers, and Governing Law

6.1. Liability Disclaimer

  • Services Provided:
    • Both counseling or psychotherapeutic services and training programs are designed for personal development and educational purposes. They are not substitutes for professional medical treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency services.
  • Technical or Logistical Issues:
    • Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services shall not be liable for technical failures during virtual sessions or for incidental damages related to in-person session logistics.

6.2. Indemnification

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services harmless from any claims or damages arising out of the misuse or reliance on our services.

6.3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India.
  • Any disputes that cannot be amicably resolved will be submitted to mediation or arbitration, with legal actions filed in the appropriate courts located in New Delhi.

7. Amendments and Updates

Mantranam- Mental Health and Training Services reserves the right to modify or update this document at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
