What we Offer
"Explore the field" sessions
Sessions on therapeutic technique such as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour therapy and hypnotherapy along with User-Experience Designing and Learning & development. These sessions are design to help you find out your area of interest.
Expert Talk
Psychology isn't just about therapy and counseling, there's a whole world beyond that. Theory only gets you so far. The real question is: what happens when that knowledge hits the real world? That's where things get interesting, and honestly, the best way to find out is straight from people actually doing the work in these different specialties.
Train The Trainer session
As part of internship, you will be trained in skill-uplift programme trainer- beginner certification. You will be trained in 1 of the three modules of skill-uplift programme which is designed to improve emotional intelligence and Social intelligence and apply the knowledge to implement in the projects assignments.
Assessment & Psychological Testing
You will get hands-on experience with some widely used psychological assessments and testing.
What We Expect?
Your role and Responsibilities
- Attending all training sessions meeting.
- Complete hours of internship (Usually discussed prior to the internship with interns)
- Representing the Mantranam in other organizations such as corporate and schools,
- Conduct training sessions for corporate, parents and educational institutes
- Creating compelling social media content, and
- Conducting psychological assessments
